A Monson teenager was released on personal recognizance after being arraigned on charges stemming from a July 4 accident in Palmer that claimed the life of a man lighting fireworks off in the street.

High or not, what the hell was the guy doing lighting off illegal fireworks in the middle of the street? I'm sorry but that is where this situation went wrong. Don't ruin the kid's life. Punishment yes, jail time and permanent record, no.

thank u flynt for saying that brain was my friend and yes he was high but to be honest the guy that he hit was not the best rule follower hisself. Now yes i do agree he should get into trouble for his actions but seriously the guy was lighting fireworks in a state that they are illigal in and in the middle of the road???? now brian dixon is my friend and i dont think he should get charged for any kind of murder IT WAS AN ACCIDENT! If he gets charged for murder he's 19 that means that i will never c or talk to him til he's atleast in his 30's!!! thats crazy all for an accident!!! these are the kind of reasons why people dont like cops specially in palmer they think their super cops or something transfer them to like nyc and see how tough they think they are.
