The principal has mislead the press by stating that the policy only allows testing when there is individualized suspicion. In reality the policy allows the school staff to administer a search without any individualized suspicion. The policy says that if any student refuses a test for any reason that student will be suspended.
Isn't this a search under the constitution?
Is anyone doing anything about this?
Why should the kids have to do the "perp" walk, line up like criminal suspects and be forced to take the test?
