I agree they should let them out. As long as the inmates did not rape or molest anyone.
I still don't
understand why the courts would give a person more time for drug trafficking than they would for someone who has raped or for a person who beats a child.

Aw thats BS. My brother did 6 years in state prison for being gay, and he loved it! When he came out he was never gay again. I bet there wood be a lot less of this "gay marriage" stuff going round if everytime someone said "im gay", we threw them in jail for 10 years.

That's not fare to men all ready in jail. start releasing some of these men, many men in jail do learn from their mistakes.let them out on parole and if they reafend make them do all their old time and their new sentence. many men do programs go to school and what ever they can to get out sooner let them out and the ones who do nothing to help them self should be made to stay and do their time.

First off about 1 in 10 inmates is innocent, proven fact. Next, it is irrelevant because we are talking aboutwether drug dealers should be in jail or rapists and murders whoget less time. Try to keep up Skippy.

so for the select few that are incarcerated and are innocent.....
your mother told you not to be at those kind of places that get you into trouble
now if you were at church you wouldnt have this problem.

for the rest of you shouldnt do the crime if you whine about the time

There's no excuse for 1 in 10 being incarcerated when they are innocent. I think all prisoners, murders, rapists, molesters, robbers, and all crimes, should be RELEASED IMMEDIATELY! That's the only fair thing to do. Also a moratorium on any new prosecutions of any kind for one year.
