Mass. to holds hearings on National Grid rate increase request

That's right, just hike up our bills even more. The cost for electricity is outrageous now, we just keep getting hit while we are down.

Thanks national grid, you have us by the balls and just keep squeezing it tighter.

I suppose the gas rate will go up soon too.
