I think the price she is being asked to pay is completely out of touch with reality. I read everyday where some no good piece of trash gets off with less than one day in jail for some horrible violent crime or another. If these were my sons that were "victimized " by Beth. And got hit on the head with a baseball bat and mugged on the way home from that "victimization" by some junkie. I would hope that court see the two crimes as I do. One is a non violent crime committed by a woman going through a divorce who is in a weak frame of mind and who is a productive member of society. The other is a dangerous and violent crime committed by a person who has no regard for his victim. Who would leave them bleeding to death on a lonely street somewhere for the price of a fix. I have seen these perps get off with no jail time. Our system can't be so callous so as not to see that this woman needs a little mercy at this moment. As a father I would want to see the muggers punished beyond belief and get some counseling for Beth and leave her be.

Are you nuts Sol? A weak frame of mind is not defined by giving drugs and alcohol to minors and sexually abusing them. Why don't you propose to her and have her raise your kids?
