If cops were to kill all mentally challenged people in this country, millions of people would be six feet under. These two people who are here justifying the execution of the poor guy are obviously racist and think that a black person's life is of little value. I have never heard of a white person being shot so crudely by a cop and we all know it's always black folks who are always victims of these"accidents" or "misunderstandings" whether in NYC or elsewhere.How do you justify shooting an unarmed person in the back ? The community is mobilizing to give an appropriate answer to the Spring Valley Police, a force that has been abusive to members of this community in the past.
