Too bad this guy doesn't live in Baltimore. If he did, he'd get in the paper for being "neighborhood father of the year". It seems that out west, people are held accountable for their actions. Our Governor will put a stop to that nonsense before anyone decides that maybe HE should be responsible for his (lame brained) actions.
