We purchased a Sears Refrigerator a few years ago and the thing never kept the proper cooling. Later, after the warranty expired and many service calls, Sears finally replaced the compressor and some parts of the cooling lines which were obviously faulty. They also charged us for the call and the MD Attorney General's office was of no help either. Gansler is not a friend of the consumer!

We found poor management pervades Sears as we also noticed the driver of Sears Truck # 30469 was using either a cell phone or PDA on 8/07/09 at approximately 1107am while heading south on Shady Grove Road.

This is very dangerous for all on the same highway as this Sears employee.
