The victim contacted the Frederick County Sheriff's Office on July 17 when he found out that an unknown person had stopped his mail for 10 days at his local post office.

Local post office in trouble!

This was planned out very carefully, he must have know the person had money or a friend of the man said something to this guy. I now thank God I'm so poor that if someone stole my identity they wouldn't even be able to buy a kids meal at McDonald's!

I hope so. All it took was a phone call and a verifying question. There needs to be more account authentication to prevent this.
