Beware. I've bought a scooter from them. Oil started leaking on the second day of use. And my belt got torn apart soon after. I called them few times. It takes about an hour and a half or two hours for them to pick up the phone. I ordered a new belt from them which is 7 times more expensive than on ebay, but I wanted to buy a right one so I ordered from them. They've send me a wrong one and I couldn't get to them any more. They don't answer emails and I don't have two hours to call them, so I through my scooter away.

I ordered a scooter from this place before I took the time to do any research. Came acrossed this forum and was immediatley upset with myself for doing something so wreckless. Then the phone rang and it was Ivy from telling me they no longer had that model, and asking if I was interested in another. "Nope, you just made my day lady! I'll be buying my scooter locally!" Everyone should come to this site before buying anything!
Dont know why

All I can say is that a friend purchased 3 scooters and they arrived in perfect shape and all run perfect. Maybe he got the 3 best from the store or something. Lol, but I just figure that I share his experience. Good luck guys.

Avoid this place pleas to keep a long story short I purchased a scooter 10/18/11 ...I called today 10/25/11 to find out what's going on with it. I was given the run around and flat out lied to. Because of all the blatant lies and that my scooter hasn't even left their warehouse after their website clearly states that all shipments go out the day you purchase or next business day and on top of it all I would have to wait another 6-9 days I requested a refund. This place is a flat out scam and rip off they had the audacity to tell me that their keeping 30% for restocking. Tell everyone you know to avoid these people I'm getting my attorney now. I'm also going to the attorneys general office to file a complaint. I didn't believe all the negative things people were saying but I found out first hand. I didn't even get anything and their stealing my money I spent 4300 that means their taking 1290.00 for nothing. SCAM, SCAM RIP OFF Warning.....Warning.....Warnin g. Class action let's put them out of business.

I bought a 150 from the depot and it's great and the price ($868.00) was great as well. I could have spent $3000.00 for the brand named type, but for the price I could not pass it up. True, there service and parts dept.leave a lot to be desired there are a number of part suppliers that are more then happy to take your order, look them up on the internet.DUD The manual is also a joke but I have asked questions and learned a lot. So, to mad person I would buy the brand named bike since you seem not to be very mechanical and a bitcher rather than a doer. Get your head out of your ass, sell that bike for the low price you got it for and pay the extra $3000.00 for Honda and get good manual. You will also have a local MC shop that you can bitch at.

The people doing the most complaining seem to have no mechanical skills, but not all. These 'scooters' seem to be a crap shoot. I will not be one of their victims/customers unless I can #1. see the scooter in person prior to purchase. and #2. Get the necessary paperwork to license it.

I wish I would have read these comments before I bought a scooter from I totally agree that they behave in the same way with customers like us. They (customer service and parts department) received my calls, ask me to leave my information, promised to call me back, then, no response. What a "sunny sports"!-_-

I will have to get in contact with the Better Busines Bureau. Alot of these complaints have an 1incredible amount of typos and lousy sentence structure. It is always good to check with the Better Busines Bureau and Consumer Reports if possible before making a purchasing decision.

I checked for reviews on Scooter Depot with the Better Business Bureau. They receved an F rating. You are able to read the complaints and their are plenty, the majority unresolved. I also checked out several repair shops and was told not to purchase a sunny scooter because they are nothing but problems and it can take months to get parts. I checked several scooter dealers and found a C rating which was the highest I could find. Killer Motorsports, which is located in Fortworth, Texas sells a brand name IceBear scooters which is made from a different manufacturer then sunny scooters, and the prices are comparable. The best scooters are Vespa, Honda,Kawasaki, but at double the price which I cant afford. I will be purchasing from Killer Motorsports, they had complaints with BBB but all were resolved. BBB also has a contact name at kms, I tried to reach this person and he contacted me within the day.
