It's about time our courts stopped allowing the abuse of free speech. At the time of our founding fathers one could be imprisoned for standing on a street corner and anouncing loudly that King George was a horses butt. Look at the documentation of the time, protecting citizens in this type instance was the intent. Sadly we've allowed too many to abuse the first amendment for just any old claim.
