What is going on on highway 11 all the way from 321 to O Street? Looks like a new historic looking streetlamp every 50 feet? More grant money? Fellers, it all comes from the peoples pocket whether it is state or federal or local! I hope I'm wrong and somebody can let us in on the reason for all the cones and markings on the sidewalks. Is this the beginning of redistricting downtown again?
