Go out Peachland Rd about a mile past where Griffin brick used to be and look through the woods on the left. You can just barely see a big pond. You can't see it in the summer when the leaves are on the trees. They don't care if you fish there but you have to cross 2 sets of barbwire fences. Don't mess their fences up. If they see you down there they might ride up to see who you are but as long as you don't make a mess or act the damn fool they won't bother you. I have caught some 7-8 pound largemouths out of there. There are probably some bigger ones. Most are smaller though. I have fished with everything from live crickets to spinners. Last week they were deep but they were hitting light colored plastic worms. As it warms up they will be hungry and will strike at just about anything so it should be a good week.
