Cant remember the name at this moment, but the trane dealer in polkton gave me a much better deal than byrum offerd, and included a 10 year parts and labor warranty at no extra cost. 1000s of dollars better than byrum offered.

Agreed...Best to stay away from Byrum's. They burned me for the last time about a year ago. I did business with them in years past but after my last experience I won't use them again...sorry workmanship, high prices and poor customer service. I hate to say that about a hometown business but sometimes the truth hurts. Never again...

Dam judges, lawyors, po-leec ackuse me of steeling copper wires from air conditions and throw me in Richmond County jail with no trail. Get out and come to Monrue and get throwed in jail for selling the same copper wires. It is a frame up. Them wires ain't even blong to me. Selling for a frend. Monrue cops steel my car say they looking for drugs and want me to pay $500 to get it back. Monrue judges is don't give me a chanse to tell the hole truth and nothing but the the hole truth.

I would avoid Byrum's. They screwed us out of $225. I'd recommend Kenny Pope.

Jerry Coy, if that's your best attempt at prose maybe you'd better keep your thoughts to yourself and save the rest of us from having to try to read it.

We dont have anyone by the name "Dan" from Greenville in our records as a past customer. If you think we treated you unfairly, please give us your full name and the address that the work was done and we will make sure to get in touch with you about it.

As a matter of fact, we had 2 employees that used to work here Named Dan and Vinny that left on unfavorable terms. Looks like they are trying to do damage to us by posting these comments. Our files are open to anyone that would like to call ours customers for a reference. We have hundreds of positive response letters and testimonials from customers that disagree with these post.
Yes, we are more expensive than the guys that work "on the side" and steal from their companies.
We feel like we give great expert service at reasonable prices,

My heat pump is on it's last leg. I just hope it can make it through to May when I can afford to replace it. I know a little about HVAC since I worked as a helper at Mr. Crump's before I went in the Marines. I plan on doing the installation myself with the help of a muscle bond neighbor who says he will work for beer. Here's the deal. I need a way to buy a unit wholesale. That way I can afford to get the BTU size I need to heat this joint. A buddy of mine said I would come out better buying a used or reconditioned unit but I don't want that. I want new with a freaking warranty.

Since we live under Demonomics, I can't buy propane any more. So my heating system is a chain saw and a maul.

My wife & I once lived on Ross Street in Marshville and were customers of Scott Byrum's for many years & I can say he and his people were very friendly and honest, and the customer service/office staff were all very helpful, pleasant, friendly and efficient. The equipment they installed was top of the line and very efficent. Back then we dealt with Scott, Chandy and Collette and I would recommend them to anyone anytime. Good people.

They are a lot of hvac people out there that put systems in everyday that are very professional, and reasonable. With that being said I know one that is sky high and will charge u a service call to show u how to work the system after they install it for u. Not calling any names but u know who u are. It is a local business in the phone book in marshville
