Marsha Goodenow is a dirty ada but I am hearing she is no longer with union county. am going to look up and see where she went.
You see she did the same to my son.
She with held validated statements that would have given questionable doubt.
And in my opinion had the SBI to forge papers also.
Pretty much black and white in the forging and most definitely
with held statements from the criminal. The civil attorneys subpenaed.
Funny where ever this woman is things are corrupt.

Marsha emerged from the coal pit slowly. She wanted to make sure no one was watching. She was covered from head to toe in coal dust. She wiped her face with her hand trying to get some of the dust off but it was useless and she knew it. She coughed and watched a black cloud expel from her mouth as she did so. She climbed slowly out and stood on a rock at the top. She was alone and dirty.
It was a desolate place. She had known it would be difficult but she had come anyway. She was a strong woman and she had confidence in her ability to succeed where others had failed.
The sun was low on the far horizon. Already there was a little chill in the air. She knew she had to get out of the coal field and into the shelter. People had frozen to death in the coal fields, She didn't want to be a statistic herself.
The footing was difficult but she made her way across the broad plain, through the scrub oak and Prairie Pines. A darkness fell she reached the flat where the horses were tied. Just beyond was crude cabin. She could see the light from the fire inside. The thought of it's warmth drove her to it's door.

She knocked hard on the old door. She heard slow footsteps approach and then stop just behind the door.
"Who is it" came a woman's voice.
"I'm Marsha, Marsha Goodenow. I'm a long way from home. I'm cold and hungry and dirty as can be. won't you help a stranger out?....Please"
The door creaked open an inch or two. Marsha could see an eye and just below it the barrel of a shotgun.
"Did you fall in the coal pit dearie"? asked the voice.
"Well no, I was pushed in" she said. It was true. They had taken her to the edge and shoved her in while they slipped off acting as innocent as could be. She had been furious at first but decided saving her own hide was more important.
The door opened a little more and Marsha could see a small stooped elderly lady dressed in a common frock, carrying a shotgun as long as she was tall. She dropped the barrel down and nodded to Marsha. "You can come in and get cleaned up. There is bar soap on the shelf and rags. I'll heat up some water for you and pull out the washtub. All I got to eat is beans. Got plenty for both of us".
"Thank you, it is very kind of you to take in a stranger on a dark cold night like this. I'll find some way to repay you for your kindness to me.
Marsha found the soap and rags. The lady brought her a pot of hot water and a big tin washtub. She took off her black, dust covered clothes and washed herself as best she could. The rags were rough on her dainty skin. She looked at her face in a small mirror on the back of a cabinet and realized her soft brown curly hair looked more like a filthy thick mat of black tar. She ducked her head under the water and soaped it good, then rinsed it. The little woman appeared with an old dress and a pair of men's pants.
"I don't know if these will fit but they will have to do until we can wash your clothes proper. Well now, you are a human after all" she laughed looking at the clean me. "When I first went to the door I couldn't figure you at all. All I could see was your white eyeballs. The only reason I didn't shoot you was you had a pretty voice, like a lady. I'm glad you weren't no monster"
