2 car garage, nice, well landscaped lot
fenced back yard in nice small neighborhood.

Owner is a 34 year old white divorced professional salesperson who works in Monroe and doesn't have time to pursue a relationship.

Located less than a mile from downtown Monroe.

Renter must be attractive, shapely, very clean and well kept female PLAYMATE 18-40 (younger preferred but will consider all), non smoker, light drinker or non drinker, no drugs of any kind. Shy girls are a turn on but so are wild party girls.

NO DRAMA QUEENS. No Tats (maybe one small one)

Well behaved children are fine. I'll help raise them if you want: feed/clothe/transport/attend their games/church with them
