Interesting building in Monroe

Several years ago in the winter when there were no leaves on the trees I was traveling on I-75 North around Exit 11 I looked to the left (east) and through the treeline I saw an interesting building. Several times since them I've unsuccessfully tried to see it again. This weekend I got off at Bolles Harbor and couldn't find it and then got of at exit 13 and couldn't find it. Does anyone know what it is?

Would Google maps help you?

That is a house and it belongs to Roger Homrich. He has made a lot of money tearing down buildings and cleaning up the sites after the demolition. I searched for photos of it online but didn't find any. Here is a link to an aerial from Google Maps: https://goo.gl/maps/sC3m7
The home is about 14,000 sf and on several acres of prime Lake Erie waterfront property. And it certainly is visible from I-75 for several months of the year when the leaves are off the trees.
