Nice how they say obamacare is here to help, but if you go against it we will block your funding, hurting the welfare of the poor...kinda has a communist agenda to it don't it

Everyone should pay very close attention to this matter. A huge segment of the people treated at the charity hospitals are working citizens who make too much money to qualify for Medicaid and not enough to buy insurance. Also, many of our older people with Medicare who can't afford deductibles or supplemental insurance utilize the charity system. People with Medicaid or commercial insurance visit private sector providers for healthcare. Where are the people who fall into these gaps going to go when they don't exist?
