GM still owes government
According to a story in the Wall Street Journal, dated on Sept. 17, this is not quite the case, and I quote, "U.S. taxpayers kept the nation's largest automaker by sales afloat with a $50 billion bailout in 2009 and now own 26.5 percent of the Detroit company." Is this why GM tells it's customers you will be gouged when you buy GM parts.
I heard they are making GM car buyers sign paperwork they are in business to make a profit so when don't complain about the high GM parts prices when you get your car repaired.
