concidering he has went to court several times on the restraining orders and all that, how could thay not know before time that he was an illegal immigrant?

Had that employer been using e-verify or had the SAVE Act passed, it would have been glaringly obvious that the man was using false identification. I wonder whose social security number he was using.

Guess this is just another one here to do the jobs Americans won't do...or don't want to do...or whatever the current excuse is. I mean, after all they are such wonderful, law abiding people (other than breaking into our country, of course) and all they want to do is work hard and create a better life for themselves. I guess in this case it meant working hard at murdering two people -- wonder how that made a better life for him...perhaps because we will now be burdened with supporting him in our prison for the rest of his life?
