What I don't understand is why any one can tell the owner of a building they can't tear it down. It is unsafe. It is a roach hotel ,rat haven. drug palace. Tear the thing down.

What I dont understand is why anyone can tell the owner they can tear it down. I doubt rats and roaches are grounds for condemnation. And if "drug haven" is, then the whole city should be destroyed. I think harley davidson motorcycle freaks should be exterminated, in the interest of eugenics.

They should have the right simply by ownership to tear it down. You obviously know nothing about Harley riders. We have teachers, lawyers , cops and even a judge in our crew. dam,i really hope that someone gives that owner of the exect..inn (mark) a million dollars to fix it back up and really show all of you guys that it can be done..at least he TRIED..more then what i can see that anyone else has done except run their mouth an put every thing down..at least they have a dream of what it could be...what'd you all have ??except an opinion and bad ones at that..i wish the owner good luck and hope his dream can come true..

I find it very roomy. No one around, so it is nice and I get lots of sleep. Pizza guy delivers to my room. The pool could use some work, No water in it, just ducks. A lot of whorse run the bottom half, but if you can get past them, it is a nice place. Maybe the Mayor ought to sleep in it a night. Oh wait, he wears girl panties.

I liked the lady that shows up near the start of this thread. I guess about 4 or 5 postings from the very beginning. She says, "Mr Greene was a great boss to work for"!! Are you forgetting that the Greenes lived in a 500 thousand dollar home while YOU worked for @SS off for minimum wage?? Sounds great to me! I don't know anything about the Greenes. But I know they made an absolute FORTUNE off the backs of others in that town. No different than a tiny handful of others that have done the same exact thing in that town.

The city wants the property themself, so they can sell it amd make money on it just like the 2nd street place. They do not care who they walk over to get it just as long as they get it for themself.As for Mr Green, will the people at City Hall do it every day to us all. And if it does not go their way, they send their fat cockroaches out to stomp on anyone they can to shut them up. The mayor is acting like he is the god father or something. He thinks he can walk over any person in this town just so he and his cockroaches can line their pockets
