Kudo's to you "Original Citizen"!!

Whenever something new is started in this community someone has to complain. The Market is held only several months for a few hours.

If this is such an issue with their church functions then why was this not addressed last year? Sounds to me like someone on the City Council is jealous and perhaps put the Elder up to being the mole.

Doesn't the Church receive a donation from the Farmers' Market for use of their electricity?

There are two sides to every story. It is a shame that people forget the other. I hope this city turns into a ghost town like Brownsville. Then when people complain they should remember all their negativity.

I can't say I subscribe to the "mole" and city council theory. I think that the Elder for whatever reason wants to vent and take out some frustration he has and bashing the Farmers Market was his release.

His complaining aside the Farmers Market is a good thing for local growers. It provides local residents the opportunity to support local business. Rather than buying fruits, vegtables, flowers, cheeses and other items from California ect.... shipped into the grocery store locally grown and manufacturered products prevail. A good thing in my opinion. Thanks Bunny.
