I think they do the same as about all other public schools. The information is thrown out to the students and those who want to learn and have parents willing to help get a good education.

Depends what the criteria is for a 'good job'. Low PSSA testing scores only prove that they are not 'teaching to the test' as well as other districts. Too vague a question.

Looks like that method works for the Pittsburgh Public Schools. PPS got a low rating for their overall low PSSA testing, but just received a 2 million + bonus for what a great job they were doing.
Can you read 'diversity' into the bonus money?
