with Saturday being the second heaviest mail ay of the week, after monday, all this will do is hit monday's hard. If you have ever wondered why a day after a holiday why the mai is late, well th s the reason when you double the mailup on a diferent day it will take longer to deliver and with th first class law saying all first class mail must go out each day there will be overtime to get this done. Save on saturday but pay time and a half on monday and possibly tuesday, because the extra circulars and third class mail wllget shifted to that day. It's like putting a bandaid on open heart surgey.

Overtime? They'll make the carriers give up their lunch and potty breaks.
