Hello.
I recently visited my birthplace of Brava, Cape verde Island since 1980. I was struck my so many small children with very yellow stains on their teeth. During your visit, did you notice this? It's probably the water but as a dental hygienist possibly thinking about a second trip.. is this something you could help them with?
