If I signed up for a free 13 week newspaper subscription, can they bill me?- in Pennsylvania?I signed up for a free 13-week newspaper subscription. They sent me bills to renew, but I never renewed because I didn't want to receive the newspaper anymore. They now say I owe them money for newspapers that were delivered. They didn't call me until months later to ask me to renew. Is it legal for them to bill me for this?
I live in Pennsylvania. I tried to find the answer through the Better Business Bureau, but I couldn't find anything. Thanks!!!
