So Tohme admits that he is the one that negotiated Michael Jackson's contract...the very contract that drove him to his grave. The contract that states he must pay for ALL expenses of the concert. The contract that had Michael Jackson further in debt then when he started this project. We at least one person in his inner circle admits they did not have Michael's best interest in mind when he was negotiating this contract from hell. Tohme should tuck his tail and crawl back under the rock in which he came from the man is a crook....go home Tohme we don't want you here!!!!!!!!!

So TT has finally come back to the scene doing what he does best, interfering with what doesn't concern him and trying to steal from MJ, just as he did when Michael was alive.
Now he wants his reward for negotiating the contract from hell, well said *hairball64*.

I agree with hairball64. That contract did Michael Jackson no good at all. One provision in the contract had $2,000,000 being WIRED directly to "TT International" on behalf of Tohme. And that $2,000,000 was to come from a Michael "advance". There's more to this that will come out. Tohme should run for cover rather than asking for money he doesn't deserve.

The Appeals court today rejected Joe Jackson's appeal against a previous ruling by a probate judge that he didn't have standing to intervene in his son's estate.

Good for them. If MJ wanted his father to have any say in it he would have made provision for it.

I wonder if Joe Jackson even considers the fact that every time he makes a challenge against the estate (twice so far with a further appeal being considered), Michael's children, his own grandchildren, are having to pay, in effect, to fight him off? It's plain who's interests he is fighting for. It's shameful in my opinion.

Even his lawsuit against Murray is flawed, because he was never an intended 'dependant' of Michael, no matter how much dough he was pressuring Katherine to slip him under the table from the allowance that MJ gave her, for HER benefit, when he was alive.

If Katherine brought a suit against Murray as the children's legal guardian and on behalf of herself and them, that would be a different matter. They would be entitled, and deserve, to be compensated for what Murray's negligence tore away from them. The pathetic maximum 4 year sentence that he faces if found guilty of manslaughter is an insult when measured against their pain and loss.

One more victory for the big boys.
