Poor George W.--they just can't stop blaming him for everything....LOL
He's proven himself to be a big man though, a statesman, and I'm sure he and the family have a good old chuckle at what is going on today.

Don't people realize that this man is UNIQUE in his stupidity, his arrogance, his ignorance, his deceptiveness, his incompetence, and the hatred Americans have for him etc etc? If you have any doubts about that, read the foreign press...where the truth is reported-- don' t rely on the state controlled media for truthful news.

I have examined the "evidence" presented on line regarding Obama's Islamic affiliation, and it appears to me to be rather thin. If speaking positively regarding something therefore qualifies you as that thing, then yes, he does practice Islam. But if that is the case, then I might also be a ribeye steak.

What I saw was not a Muslim, but rather a man who understands not only the history of the religion, but even more importantly, the future of the religion. And how that future, and our future as a nation, will be highly interconected. What I saw was a man who understands the importance of tollerance and acceptance, and realizes the deadly intentions of extremists and the destructive results of intollerance. What I saw was a man who realizes the need to try and calm a nation which for too long has been immersed in fear and ignorance.

You have to understand, Bush's way to motivate was through fear. Things like "terror alerts" and the constant mantra "they wanna kill you children", did little to advance either our security or our understanding of the situation, but they did go a long way in stimulating financial support and votes.

You know, opponents to Obama would greatly help their credibility if they attempted more vigorously to maintain their criticisms within the realm of reality. By shouting "socialist" and "secret Muslim" they are not advancing either their cause or the national discussion.

Markbano, Bush kept us SAFER than Obama has...and for eight long years too. What you see as "fear", most of us see as "being aware of the coming Muslim attacks"--and being prepared by taking our heads out of the sand and facing reality. Watch as we continue "shouting" "muslim", Socialist, and worse....from the rooftops to warn everyone. Don't try to shut us up with your little bon mots.

You may console yourself by seeing the Muslim situation in a different way from the rest of the world....that's fine, join the others who are sound asleep, but thank goodness most real people are awake to what is happening.

Btw, could you cite where Obama's wonderful "tolerance and acceptance" are displayed toward suffering (REALLY suffering) families of victims of 9/11??? Or are they going to be brushed aside while he shows his tolerance and acceptance to those who bombed us-- and blesses the building of their victory mosque?

Are you Muslim, Markbano? You're a very active apologist for them.

I don't care avout his religion to be honest, although I think he is concealing that he is agnosric or atheist. What I don't get is when some people say he's a Muslim, they also bring up that church he went to with that crazy reverend. So which one is he, I like to ask those folks. A wacky Christian or a wackylMuslim?
There is no way that an agnostic or an atheist can get elected in this country - so, you play the game and "pretend" that you are a "good" christian. It's that simple.

I guess when we see him praying on a muslim prayer rug on the floor with other muslims - we assume to think he's a muslim. Ducks of a feather....
When we hear him talk about wanting a mosque built near ground zero... we tend to believe he's a muslim. When we see his middle name is Hussein then we tend to think he's muslim. When we see where he spent a great deal of his childhood. When we look at the fact that his dad was also a muslim..... If it walks, talks, and quacks like a duck..... it's a duck.
And...when he comes right out and says it himself! Would a Christian really say "my muslim faith" by accident????

So much information, so many questions. I'll do my best.

First of all, no I am not a Muslim (secret or otherwise). I am a rather unapologetic agnostic. But that is a discussion we can have at another time.

There are some who will argue Bush did not keep us all too safe. After all, there was that ignored daily briefing which arrived on his desk in early August of 2001 entitled "Bin Laden determined to Strike in US". And they might further argue his invasion of Iraq in response to 911 went a long way to increasing both the number, and the emotional fervor, of religous extremists. Furthermore, if we were to compare the number of casualties due to terror attack during Bush's first 1 1/2 years to those during Obama's, I think Bush wins in a landside.

I am not sure how you equate living in fear as living in reality, but I do not. In reality, there is a far greater chance I will die as a result of a drunk on the road than I will an extremist Muslim in the air. In reality, our nation has been far greater harmed by the unchecked behaviors of some of those on Wall Street than it ever will by the behaviors of some of those in mosques. In reality, we are damaged far greater by those who worship the almighty dollar more than those who worship Allah.

I do not agree I am asleep, but I do have a dream about where intollerance and hate will lead. Actually, it's more of a nightmare.

And please, feel free to keep shouting. It makes it much easier for me to express my viewpoint to the rational.

Obama is by far the worst President we ever elected. He isn't even an American, hates Americans, and knows by now he will not be re elected. Democrats better start defining their opposition to his Muslim attachments or they will go down with him.

Obama is a Terrorist Sympathizer and just so happens that many of them are Muslims.

Given Obama's admission to a Muslim Outreach Program, it's not hard to tie him in with the Muslims.

It's 1 in 3, not 1 in 5 and it's "KNOW" he is a Muslime, not "say". Anyone with a functioning brain cell has figured out this POS is a Muslime. He coddles Muslimes at EVERY opportunity. His support of the Ground Zero mosque is traitorous. He is vile and demonic. Ugh!

The dems are going to throw obama under the bus, they have too or they are toast. Obama will not run in 12 and come up with some BS story about how he wants to spend time with his family or some other such balony. He will go back to work at a college which is where he belongs.
