Karen at the Drivers license facility

I have had the worst experience with Karen at the Drivers license facility! I lost my license for speeding tickets. I have tried to have a hearing on several occasions. Every time, the hearing officer Karen was extremely rude! The last two times I have been there were the worst. Last Wednesday I went there and she told me I needed a piece of paper. I told her I was going to get the paper and come back. She replied to me "she wasn't feeling so hot and she wouldn't be back after her lunch break. I went back up there today and the experience was terrible! I was in the office and she was talking very rudely. She was upset because she obviously doesn't like her job (the impression I have gotten every time I have talked to her). She made some rude comments to me about why I don't have my license.(she was upset because she was asked to take my hearing by another staff member. She was rudely saying something about finishing the hearing at 4,and I explained to her that her tone of voice was not OK with me. She then started arguing with me and saying something about all the paper work she had to do. Then kicked me out of the office. I am sending my complaint into Jesse White's office. If any of you have experienced her rudeness. Please turn her in. People don't! deserve to be treated the way she treats people. Her job is to be professional and with that you don't take your stress out on the clients! Here is a link for anyone who might want to complain. http://www.cyberdriveillinois.com/publication...

Dear Sir or Madam, you totally used the descriptor : "rude" or "rudely" five times. I think we get your point.
Politely as possible, with candy coating on it...Could you please explain why you lost your license "for speeding tickets" and your User Name is "Respectful citizen?" Does this mean you respect some things and not other things? Maybe speeding laws are in effect for a reason? You think maybe for your safety and others safety? Know now that I live on a busy street near several schools, many children walk our sidewalks. They ride their bikes, and sometimes cross the street thinking they are safe. My own included. Sometimes we see speeder's on the street. I must ask myself if they are "respecting" the value of those lives? Today,(although a Saturday and no school)when pulling to Stop Sign, I was nearly clipped by a speeder, cutting corner on left turn. I rammed into reverse to keep from getting hit. The middle-aged driver gave it no thought and sped away. If I would have had children with me or anyone else, I maybe would have turned and pursued to get her License Plate number. Maybe, just maybe, "respectful citizen" if you live up to your 'user' name and start respecting laws, you may not get so many tickets and retain your DL?
