I'm someone who's had to deal with Mr South, and one of his businesses. I've also contacted many others, and been contacted by yet others. We're all past and present renters of his 'buildings'(I wouldn't glorify them with the term 'house'). Mr South is that bane of all respectible people - a slum-lord. Houses in poor states of repair, and staff that resport to bullying tactics, and intimidation to maximise his profits. Buildings are in poor states of repair and even the most basic of routine work is not carried out.

Mr south is, as he likes to bost, a certified electrician, and yet there are some of his properties where electrican joints are made only by two bare bits of wire taped together. Other buildings are infested with roaches, and I've spoken to one former employee of his, who quit in protest of the horrendously low standards of work he was told to do in patching problems. This is a man who recently told a judge UNDER OATH "We fix all the problems in our properties"

Do you really want a person like that in government?
