Do you have proof he has driven so recklessly, or is this more crap? Tell me, if he is such a bad driver, why does he have his license?

Come on now, you know his driving record and you know that any 16 year kid with a Ferrari will be speeding around town. There are people who drive for fifty years and don't get pulled over as much as he did in the frist 12 months of having his license. Just becuase a cop cut him a brake and didn't write a ticket don't mean he wasn't driving like a speed freak.

I doubt the kid will get prison time. Not to diminish the injuries to the other people in any way, I also don't think he deserves prison time due to the fact that they were able to survive. A couple of weeks in the county jail may be a wake up call to him and to others his age, but knowing how our courts work in this country, he will probably end up with probation for a couple years. If he is the good kid that so many people say that he is, complying with his probation shouldn't be a problem. Too many kids from this area think that mommy and daddy and their money will save them from whatever trouble they get into even when two senior citizens are nearly killed. Hopefully this kid can teach others in his age grout that is not always the case.
