This is somewhat new to me. Let me be quite frank! With the low morale of the Metropolitan District in our jurisdiction, a third of our cops, states attorneys and judges come to work from home loaded or enebriated but they do an outstandingly good job. I was amazed but that proves that they have status. Their captains and chief judges say that "it's okay to party at anytime but if you can perform well tanked, that is really good because I do it too and I have been doing it for eighteen years". That is the way that our law enforcement run the show. Just to let you know. Maybe, your system is doing it too.
