David Gregory Slams Obama:‘Big, Expansive Terrorist Threat Amassed On His Watch’
08/10/201

NBC’s David Gregory had some unpredictably harsh words for the White House during an interview with Senator Dick Durbin on Sunday, noting that “a big, expansive terrorist threat that has amassed” under President Obama’s watch.

The “Meet the Press” host spoke with the Illinois Democrat over the limited air campaign ordered by the president to blunt the advance of ultra-violent jihadists in northern Iraq. Gregory requested the senator’s insight as to how the United States found itself again involved in the region.

“Is the problem that the Obama administration — wanting to be something other than President Bush – got out of the business of confronting terrorism on a big, global scale and just dealt with it in a more limited way?” he asked.“Is it an underreaction to the terrorist threat?”

Durbin tried to steer the conversation specifically back to Iraq, but Gregory cut him off.”I’m talking about the terrorist threat!” he said.“I’m talking about fighting terrorism.”

“The Obama team said,‘We are not in the business of a global fight against terror, we’re fighting al-Qaida in limited forms,” the NBC host continued.“This is a big, expansive terrorist threat that has amassed on his watch.”

We don't need a socialist Democrat governor that's owned by the greedy teacher's unions or any other union ,$billions$ have been 'WASTED' dumping money on education that consistently puts out failures graduating high school with degrees in forklift operation . Lowering grade point standards to garner more Gov't. handouts & wages & pensions for those who work only 9 months a year with holidays off . Public school systems are a bigger FAILURE than Welfare . Stop the Socialist Democratic Party that favors millionaire elitists while raping the taxpayers. An easy four year degree sure as hell don't equate to $70,000 plus full benefits , sick leave , personal days & the best pension going - for working 9 months a year . Wise up & wake up !

Well Ben since you were the principal of VOC, I would argue the fact that McKeesport kids are stoopid. Look at other districts , not so much, we have kids that are smarter than McKeesport kids, TJ, WM, PH,USC,Mt L, etc. you need to fire the overpaid teachers in McKeesport that don't teach, McKeesport kids are on the bottom of the barrel in learning........ parents to blame too........

Justice Department Is Political, Say Americans
Aug. 30, 2014

The Obama Justice Department doesn’t have the confidence of the American people when it comes to putting justice ahead of politics.

Rasmussen reports,“Most voters have an unfavorable opinion of the U.S. Department of Justice and think it is more interested in politics than in serving justice.”

To some of us, this comes as little surprise. Especially after watching Attorney General Eric Holder run out to Ferguson to inject his racial prejudice into the situation.

Furthermore, the DOJ trafficked guns to Mexican drug cartels as a way to show how dangerous guns are and why there need to be stricter laws. Talk about a cynical political play.

At least a majority of Americans see it for what it is – another political arm of the Obama White House.

IRS says it has lost emails from 5 more employees
Sep. 5, 2014

The Internal Revenue Service has lost emails from five more employees who are part of congressional probes into the treatment of conservative groups that applied for tax-exempt status, the tax service disclosed Friday.

The IRS said in June that it could not locate an untold number of emails to and from Lois Lerner, who headed the IRS division that processes applications for tax-exempt status. The revelation set off a new round of investigations and congressional hearings.

On Friday, the IRS issued a report to Congress saying the agency also lost emails from five other employees related to the probe, including two agents who worked in a Cincinnati office processing applications for tax-exempt status.

Judicial Watch: DOJ Admits Lois Lerner’s E-mails Exist
August 25, 2014
A Justice Department official admitted that former IRS official Lois Lerner’s apparently missing e-mails actually exist on a backup server, but the government doesn’t plan to retrieve them.
“A Department of Justice attorney told a Judicial Watch attorney on Friday that it turns out the federal government backs up all computer records in case something terrible happens in Washington and there’s a catastrophe, so the government can continue operating,” Judicial Watch president Tom Fitton told Fox News’s Shannon Bream.
“But it would be too hard to go get Lois Lerner’s e-mails from that backup system,” Fitton continued, paraphrasing the DOJ official.“So, everything we’ve been hearing about scratched hard drives, about missing e-mails of Lois Lerner, other IRS officials, other officials in the Obama administration, it’s all been a pack of malarkey. They could get these records, but they don’t want to.”
Fitton said his group plans to ask a federal judge to order the IRS to hand over the e-mails, which conservative opponents of Lerner want to see in order to determine if there is a link between President Obama’s team and the IRS’s targeting of tea-party groups.

The Insiders: Voters blame Obama for country being off-track
September 5

This week we took a look at the Democrats’ campaign plan for the fall and how the economy is not working in the Democrats’ favor. Well, let’s round out the week by examining another macro trend that will shape the 2014 campaign. The right direction/wrong track question is a staple in U.S. political polling.

According to the latest George Washington University Battleground poll, 70 percent of voters think that things in the United States have gotten off on the wrong track and that the country is headed in the wrong direction. It stands to reason that as a result, many Americans will vote against the Democrats. Fair or not, the way to vote against the status quo is to vote against the president’s party.

Obviously, a lot of things contribute to why people think the country is headed in the wrong direction, but this poll reveals something I don’t think I have ever seen before.

In an open-ended question, the No. 1 reason voters gave for why they believe the country has gotten off-track is because they “have issues with Obama/think the country has a lack of leadership.”

It is a remarkable finding, given President Obama’s eloquence and the White House communications tools at his disposal. The White House has the unique ability to deliver an unfiltered, uncluttered message to the American people — something no one else in U.S. politics can do.

Yet despite that platform, the president’s performance is specifically mentioned as the reason the United States is off-track.

Obamacare Website Was H[*]cked in July
Sept. 4, 2014

A h[*]cker managed to breach cybersecurity at HealthCare.gov and implant malicious code on the federal Obamacare website, officials revealed Thursday.

Healthcare.gov hosts the federal insurance exchange on which millions of Americans have purchased health insurance since the Affordable Care Act mandate that most people be insured began rolling out last year. Officials said they learned of the h[*]ck, which took place in July, last week.

The attack is apparently the first instance of a h[*]cker successfully breaking through the site’s defenses, an anonymous employee of the Department of Health and Human Services told The Wall Street Journal.
