Your inability to understand boards is quite obvious. Common sense? You may be a teacher.
You say that everybody who disagrees with you is either a teacher or a school board member. I think you're nuts and I am not either of those two jobs. You should try to understand points other than your own instead of just calling names like a kid.

It sounds like you agree with the status quo and do not want to question any moves by the school district or unions. I think that is why many disagree with you.

Yes, now the next step will be requiring them to put more of their own salaries into healthcare. Do you have what it takes to confront the greedy teacher's union?

Read more closely and think before you type. I referred to the parameters defining boards in general, not the degree to which the Millcreek School Board met or failed to meet their responsibilities.
You have the most audacity of all the posters on this board. You were on here some 2 years ago defending this very same board under that screen name BEFORE Golde left.

You have a large vocabulary, one major agenda and zero credibility.

Regrettably you don't post under the same name as then, I see. Thank you for remembering me. I'm gratified to have made such an impression.

Again, read more closely and you will see I neither defended nor criticized MTSD in my comments about the role of boards, rather simply stated the organization of the entities in question.

Instead of wasting money to move a parking lot, why don't they make teachers park across the street? Nobody has been run over in 40 years.

What does it take IYO?

Absolutely SHOULD pay more into their healthcare. They are no different than ALL the government workers who should be paying more.

Everyone I know pays substantially into theirs, and they are glad to have it. They work ever bit as hard.

Inequity is the thorn in the side of the taxpayers.

The Union will never go for that, we might accept $5 more of co pay and a 5% raise.

I just love these little pricks whose Daddy left them enough money to slither into local dogcatcher level political office. You actually believe you are the new world aristocracy, in your little fiefdoms "just like old country". There is litttle left here, but that sure doesn't stop you from laying awake at night thinking up new ways of taking from others so you can stuff your greedy little pockets. "Big fish" in a tiny, scum covered puddle.

The right wing has convinced the ignorant that lowering taxes instead of having jobs that pay living wages is the way to prosperity.
