Lets review ......
1.Took car without permission, paper omitted the fact NO ONE WAS IN THE CAR OF PROPER AGE TO EVEN HAVE A LICENSE let alone have permission to borrow the car.
2. Traveling an estimated 80 MPH? Almost liftoff speed for a piper cub.
3. Mother said this has impacted the family terribly .....but it was not the fault of the 15 year old girl, the victims sister!.....OK, whose fault was it?
4. Terrible a young boy died but I`ll bet this is not the first time the kids went to Mcdonalds in the family car with or without permission.....I suspect this was the norm.
5. I have sympathy for the little boy who died, it is a tragedy but we have laws in place to prevent this type of accident, those laws were ignored & I seriously doubt this was the first time.. I do not want to minimize the boys death but that car being piloted by an underage & unlicensed driver could just as easily veered off the road into a group of pedestrians & killed many more .....let us not lose sight of that.

Congratulations on earning the title of "Biggest Douche Bag" with a single post. Usually it takes weeks of posting to gain that title and you did it with your first attempt at posting. Would your real name be Jack Ass?

All he did was post facts. What, an innocent kid dies and we all throw out the laws? Tragic, YES! Avoidable YES! What if an innocent bystander would've been hit? What if that bystander was a 7 year old child? Let's not let a tragic death cloud the facts. YOU just took over the "Biggest Douchebag Post."

You and Jack Ass should get together, go to the funeral of the 8 yr old boy and tell his family all the things they did wrong. Maybe you two could lay on top of each other and make a pile of crap to entertain them!

You sure got a thing about ignoring reality! Is this a Jewish thing? I mean after all Jews support Democrats even Obama who has already said in a dispute between Muslims & Jews he would support the Muslims.
Anyway it is sad that a young boy died.....but his sister at 15 should have know better. His mother should have known better then to say the Girl took the car without permission but she is not at fault.
Today`s society in the United States has plenty of victims but somehow no one seems to be responsible.
The girl was 15, she did not have a license, she was driving a car without permission , she was traveling an estimated 80 miles per hour far in excess of the 25 mile per hour speed limit , she lost control & crashed....her brother was killed.
Who is to blame?

If you watched the interview with her Uncle on WICU, you would've seen these are people that relocated through Mike Murnock's international institute and they don't live by the same rules as our society. They do what they want. Just go over Parade St and watch he immigrant turned naturalize not obey the laws. They are dirty people.

Another Douche Bag comes out of the woodwork. Make sure you go to the funeral, stand up and tell the family all the important things you just posted. I'm sure they'll be moved by your empathy or should I say emptythy. I hope you never experience such a tragedy and while you're grieving some other clueless moron will come up to you and tell you all the things your dead child did wrong.

So now you wanna go all 4th grade on us and dare us to say it to their faces? CLASSIC! You can name call me all you want. Facts are facts. Just because an 8 year old boy died, that doesn't mean we should forget about WHO is to blame, ignore all the laws that were broken and condone what the 15 year old sister did. Furthermore, I'll take you up on your offer to "say it to their faces" when you post your real name and/or tell it to my face.
Let me guess.....you are from the same region that they are from where you feel that because you came to this Country, you get to do what ever you want.

Grow up and grow a conscience. Better yet when you go the the funeral and tell the grieving mother off, fold yourself in half and show everyone what a pile of crap you are.

Here's a picture of the car, for all of you who think no charges should be filed.

Someone was at fault here. You mean to tell me that this girl can now get a learner's permit, no problem? 15 year olds are charged for lesser offenses every day in Erie.

Not happy that it happened but this 15 year old was driving a 3000 pound vehicle at 80 mph! Just lucky that she didn't take out anybody else!! Being just 15 years old if she does get any jail time she will be out by the time she's 21 years old because she's a juvenile ! Believe me she deserves jail time !!

No, it is you that fail to see what a dumb ass that you are. There are other persons at fault for different things here. How about the mom? Not watching her kids? Negligence? I don't wanna hear how she didn't know! As a parent, it's her job to know! Those who can't handle that responsibility shouldn't have kids. Have you yourself seen the area where the accident took place? E.26th Street in that area is about 4 blocks long. How does one attain 80MPH in a mini van within such a short distance?
Everyone posting comments similar to mine sees your post for what it is. It is an attempt to deflect fault and charges from the 15 year old by calling attention to the death of the 8 year old and trying to play on the sympathy and compassion of the general public. Your goal is to try and get mercy for the 15 year old because "she must live with the tragedy of knowing what she did." Drunk drivers go through the same thing when they break the law and kill someone. They too have to live the rest of their life knowing the horrible thing they did and they don't get a free pass simply because they feel bad. Nice try. Just wondering how close you are to this family.

Dirty immigrants? That is very rude and ignorant. This innocent child lost his life and this is how the family is labeled?? Please elaborate some more on how dirty a lot of americans are for drinking and driving and killing innocent people or texting. It is not just immigrants. This can happen to anyone! You are obviously misinformed and very ignorant.
