What does everyone think about the Old Knox. Hwy. Water Dept.?

Does anyone on here have any complaints or stories about their treatment from the water dept in Mosheim? What do you think about their reconnection fees? What do you think about how they will turn your water off if you owe $15 and charge you $50 to get it back on? Other water companies do NOT charge exorbitant fees like this. Just wondering...

i completely agree with you its absolute bs and for them to charge that is obsurd its only making someone in this town very rich and the way the economy is it is so wrong for them to do that its hard enough to pay regular bills non the less having to pay shit like that.

that place is so ridiculous! they charge you $50 for a reconnection fee & only comin down to take a lock off! yea it's sad to hear bout the guy that died workin & the townn suin them but the water company shouldn't take it outta our pockets bc of a screw up that happened in their hands! they had plenty of ways around all the mess that happened but they was inn such a rush to get the job done they caused a life to be lost. if they woulda took their time & actually thoughty before put their actions into play, there would still be a person alive today, an we probably wouldnt have to go through all the bs! just sayin!

I know one of their trucks passed me on my side of McDonald rd last evening makin at least 70 mph,probably not to reconnect ur water.
