Modesto is stinking Rich.
A super wealthy town like Modesto who pays retiring School Supts ....a whopping $301,000.000 every year for the rest of their life should buy EVERY citizen a new SUV and every Woman Gucci Bags and shoes on Mothers Day.

$301,000 per year for the rest of their lives?

If Modesto isn't Wealthy beyond imagination than they are the STUPIDEST citizens in America to let the Union extortion take place.
