I bet if they had lost there jobs and there homes, like so many people have, they wouldn't be writing such a STUPID bill. Anybody can fall on hard times even the Council members. Is it a crime if you can't find work and dont have any money? Bunch of A-holes

No one would push for this kind of thing if these people weren't so destructive and aggressive. Give them homes in government-owned facilities. The private sector is tired of carrying the majority of the burden of dealing with these ever-multiplying druggie bums in the Central Valley.

Quit stealing services that are provided you and pay what you are in arrears on and I would not have to camp outside.

I own your home because you have been defrauding me and my family since 1994-present and now what you think is yours you are merely imagining that you have the legal right to it and by your continued defiance and adamant stubborness and continuance in defrauding my heirs will most certainly haunt you all the days of your life for robbing also my deceased forefathers and foremothers graves.

You might get aggressive and start doing drugs, if you lost everything you owned. Especially due to to an unreasonablesituation beyond your control. Shouldn't be so judgemental, unless you have lived their lives situations.
