Dusty and his brother Caleb Pallard jumped a local guy and his girl friend, that is a owner of a down town shop. Caleb held the guy to the ground while Dustin jabed him with a knife in the eye over and over. This happened at 5:00pm Thursday on North 5th in front of Bubbas. The good thing is there were some wittneses. But the police took forever and they NEVER ARESSTED Dusty and Caleb. There still walking around as if nothing happened.

Why would the cops let them go instead of arresting them for one, and for the other why is he still out walking the streets after all the trouble he got into for his shady acts when he was celling phones? I know several people he screwed over with those phones.

I was told he has relatives in the local police department. I do know that this seems to be his pattern. They seemed to be known for this type of acts. The old man is one of the local drunks and scam artist in the construction bussiness.

PCI Contractors and they have a shady tool bussiness in the down town area on Fifth Street. across from Bubbas.

typical of MPD acts....they only bother the young & inocent kids, the ones that they know they can harrass and "get away" with it, altho, their time is coming around, you know, carma, what goes around comes around.
That is awful news if it is true, you would think that when the people went to the ER for treatment that the cops would have been called & arrest made then. I know the ER calls them for stuff like that, but what the cops do after they are called is another story....

I know for a fact that while they were in the ER they called the police to find out why they still had not made any arrest.Also they requested that they send a officer to the ER to talk to them before being trasfered to columbia. The police said they didn`t have anyone available.They requested they send someone from the sheriffs department. They said they had no-one.

Dont know these boys from adam but I can tell you that everything that you all have heard or writing about is incorrect. If them boys had done what you are saying then they would have been arrested. I seen it and I also the gun that the other younger fellar was waving and it was not the pollard boys that had the weapon it was the other fellar. It lastest about a total of 40 seconds. They were actually assaulted by the guy and his girl with the gun. All day long, your "victim" permitted Caleb from entering his business, where he was actually trying to arrange next year's "Breast Awareness" campaign for breast cancer, by which the American Cancer Society had contacted them to raise funds. Trust me, I saw the whole thing. You guys dont have a clue as to what you're talking about. You guys keep thinking what you want, but honestly, you all probably voted for Obama anyway, so that makes perfect sense.
