Not sure why it was removed? It seemed like a lively discussion and pretty respectful for this site?

Any updates would be appreciated.

The reduced bond thread is about her and still listed. Don't see the one under her name though.

I thought you could only get a thread removed if your Police Department asked for it to be removed...???

Sam had it removed due to some unfavorable statements regarding him. My wife works in the pharmacy and said he removed it because he didn't want everyone knowing what a a$$ he is.

We all know what an ASS Sam is. Rude business man. However, that is no excuse to steal from someone. If that were the case, we should be able to go in and take EVERYTHING at Arts Appliance that the Mayor owns. Talk about an ass.

i cannot belive Sam had it removed.but however if your wife thinks hes an ass why does she still work there?most people that know Sam knows he will do anything to help somebody yet when someone steals from him its always his past that comes up.i think everyone should think about their own past before you talk about his.just saying

I really don't see what Sam Tadrus' personality has anything to do with it. As I see it, the woman allegedly stole quite a bit of money from a business. It doesn't matter if it was from Adolph Hitler or Santa Claus... If she did it, she committed a crime and should be treated the same whether her boss was a saint or if he were the antichrist. Seriously, its not like she's being accused of just stealing a few hundred bucks here people. These are Class C Felonies... And I mean plural, not one. Sure, if she stole a few hundred bucks a nice boss would maybe just let her go & be done with it. But even the nicest boss can't overlook 80,000! Where do I get 80,000? Because the cash only bond was originally set at 80,000... which usually means that they want that particular amount to cover the amount of restitution needed to repay the victim, aka Sam's. This isn't just about his loss. This is a potential loss of employment, benefits, and services to people in our community. I think it would be great if they find she didn't do this, for her sake, but if she did... She deserves what she gets, and he deserves to be paid back,@ss or not.

Valid points; The story doesn't make sense however. It states she "borrowed" $15k in 2007 and he found out? I think we can all agree that if we caught someone "borrowing" that amount of money he/she would be fired or turned into the cops immediately!!! Me smells something fishy; did he give it to her and she didn't pay it back and he got pissed? Who knows; I'm not a fan of either one so I don't have a stake in this either way. My guess is she walks and it turns into a civil case; Sam admitted he allowed the "loan" in 2007 and she sent him a written promissory note that it would all be paid back. If I'm her attorney I play to the jury/judge that she had every intent to pay back the "loan" but with the economy turning in 2008 she fell behind her obligations etc. This is a case of a greedy business owner turning on a underling nothing more.

Where does it state those details? That was something I was unaware of. Was this on centralmoinfo or in the newspaper? I do not subscribe to the index.

Donna Louise went through her husbands settlement money and that wasn't enough. She let her greed get the best of her so she could go round and round in little circles every day in her little boat on Holiday Acres Lake, being mean and hateful to anybody that wasn't "in her class". Hope it was worth it, she deserves everything she gets. But she'll probably walk.
