I would think if Jerry was awesome he could run a successful business but his track record is one of failure that raises a lot of questions.

I don't think it has any ties to Moberly gas stations. Jerry probably don't have anything to do with anything closing in Macon but no telling.

The SOB's ought to close down. They charge the highest price on gas - soda - ice, and everything else!
And don't blame Jerry, I'm sure he is just following orders.
Let them shut down there are other places to shop.

No wonder they are closing down, the C-store uptown in Moberly has on one side of the gas price sign that says 3.0- per gallon and on the other side 3.15. WHAT IDIOT is running that place?

Close them down who cares!

I'm confused. Didn't the two ice houses just get brought out by Circle K? If they have new owners, why are they closing?

Actually to those of you talking down on Jerry, hes not the problem at all. Every Ice House gas station, including the ones in moberly, Macon, and kirksville, are all shutting down on December 31. It is not just one manager. It is the whole company. This is information coming straight from 3 different employees at the gas station. Maybe you should know what you're talking about. Jerry just follows what HIS BOSS tells him to do.

Does his boss tell him to give things to his buddy's for free? Does his boss tell him to give things away for free to act like a big shot? He is a gas station attendant and not a good one. I remember the Conoco days when they would pack cases of beer out after they closed case after case, so maybe some of you rating his level of service as good was the ones receiving the stolen goods, but I myself pay for my items. To this day I see him giving things away for free but no more til he goes to another gas station.

I never said he was great at what he does, I'm just saying he isn't the reason for them shutting down.

They are closing because jump oil went bankrupt and they wouldn't let nick the owner buy just two stores they told him to buy all five moberly and macons and he didn't want to nick is a great guy and jamie down town ran her store really good she was always busy we are sure going to miss them hope some one buys them and keep jamie as the manager jerry was in a major accident and he probably wouldn't be back as the manager if they did. And I never once seen jerry walk out with things at his store

If this guy nick is the owner then why are you saying jump oil wouldn't let him buy the stores, if he owns them then why would he have to buy them, I don't get it.
