In Texas, the judiciary as represented by Judge William Adams believes that when a child reports child abuse by influential people, it is frivolous to believe the child.
This is true even if there are cooborating 3rd party witnesses and even if a child psychologist has spoken with the child and believes the child. This is true even if the child's statements correspond to various facts the child had no knowledge of.
Further, if a representatives of the child believes the child, the representatives are "frivolous" and should be severely sanctioned.
This position has been ratified throughout the Court system if not actively passively. The Texas Bar as represented by James Ehler and Marie Haspil concurs.
An child who has been abused by influential people is very unlikely to receive legal representation because any lawyer who does will be attacked.
Actually, the parent of the abused child is also unlikely to receive genuine representation because the Bar as represented by James Ehler and Marie Haspil believe that a lawyer should believe the influential child abusers not the parent no matter how credible. They also believe that it is perfectly OK to disparage and insult groundlessly the parent of the abused child -- they support child abusers.
The bottom line is that it is not safe to bring children into the State of Texas. If you bring children into the State of Texas make sure the children are not around influental people.
Texas is a safe haven for influential child abusers.
