the arrest of a teenager in massuchussetts just shows how america is no longer a free country. 18 year old cameron dambrosio was recently arrested for posting a rap video which mention the boston bombings and the white house. the song didn't threaten anyone. this kid was arrested for making ''terroristic trhreats,'' whichever that means. the good news is that this kid won't serve a day in prison. the first ammendment will save him from prison, not the military and certainly not the american people, a growing number of whom seem intent to live in a police state. the military doesn't really do anything for the average american and is basically just a mercenary outfit for big buisness. the government has been on a ramnpage against the constitution since 9/11. no, the terrorists didn't do this to us; we're doing it to ourselves. we don't have to give up our rights in return for a false security. the feds snd the boston police are the ones who were ineffective. the FBI are the ones who dropped the ball. russian intelligence told them about the lead suspected bomber, but the feds were apparently so busy spying on innocent american citizens they didn't get the message. it's unrealistic to expect the government to catch every terrorist plot. americans just have to accept the fact that in a free nation there are going to be terror attacks from time to time. even becoming a police state won't stop terrorism. terrorist attacks happen in police states. while the governmnt has been busy tearing up the constitution, the one ammendment they are afraid to touch is the second ammendment. you can't take folks guns away without them noticing. most decent americans want the government to leave them alone and not leave them defenseless in a dangerous crime-ridden country. it's complete bullsh-t that thegovernment and the police can protect you. the founding fathers wrote the constitution and the bill of rights because they were wise men who understood human nature. all goverments are inclined to be dictatorial. they wrote the first ammendment for this kid in massuchussetts, an american citizen in jail for a rap song that's free speech. one anyalists said americans who write what the government thinks is ''terroristic threats'' will have to prove they're not terorists. that's a sacary proposition. this kid will walk free. the first ammendment will save him, not the military. i nheard the rap song and it was not a ''terrorist threat.'' the massachissetts police are overreacting. they will probably drop the cgharges and make this kid plead guilty to some trumped up charge so they won't have egg on their faces. for all you misinformed people who think the military ''protects our fredoms,'' the 82nd airbourne is not going to bust this kid out of prison.
