ron paul said that the boston police overracted to the boston marathon bombings. as usual, is he correct. of course the news media attacked him. it said that bostonians cheered the police after they apprehended the final suspect. americans stupid enough to cheer a police force who violated their constitutional rights and invaded their homes in an unsuccesful attempt to catch the perpetrators does not deserve liberty, though they stupidly think they have it. these are the same stupid folks who will probably thank thr military for ''defending our freedoms.'' we seriously need to stop overreacting to terrorist attacks. if we did, the terrorists would probably stop doing it. shutting down a major american city and practically declaring martial law is a victory for terrorists and a defeat for americans. they should also stop making celebrtities out of these idiots. for two weeks the media has plastered the pictures of these two idiots all over television and given us every detail of their lives. the media should just report their names and go on. we haven't heard anything about the victims, not that being a victim means someone should be ''honored.' the little senator from south carolina, lindsey graham, said the next bomb that explodes in america may be a chemical bomb. so what? as i said before, we need to stop exxagerating terrorism. if a chemical weapons bomb does explode here, it will kill some people but it won't be the end of the world. even if terrorists explode a nuclear bomb it wouldn;t be the end of the world; we nuked two japanese cities in 1945 and today those two cities are fine. it would be devastating but not the end of the world. by the way graham and his buddy john mccain are pushing for america to overthrow a secular government in syria and replace it with radaical islamists. how stupid is that? radical islamists are a whole lot more certain to use chemical weapons against us than assad. sept. 11 magnified and made the american establishment hysterical. in 1993 during the first world trade center bombing, the media didn't go crazy, there was no apocyaliptic talk about terrorism, the government didn't suspend americans' rights, and the culprits were all caught and prosecuted and put in american prisons. there is nothing wrong with prosecuting terrorists in civilian courts. terrorists are crmininals, not soldiers. and there is nothing wrong with putting terrorists in american prisons. terrorists are people, some not very bright, not magical superbeings as some zstupid politicians seem to believe. the time has come to stop overreacting and exxagerating terrorism.
