My husband and I may be moving to Mitchell in the next few months. I was hoping to get some recommendations for rental properties. I looked online but all I could find were apartments. If we cannot live directly in Mitchell that will not be a problem. We would like a reasonable commute, however. We are looking for a three bedroom two bath home, preferably with a fenced backyard. Any suggestions?

I would suggest that you contact a realtor in Mitchell or go to the Daily Republic website and see if there are any listings.
