I had been following this case pretty close i think there is alot of unanswered questions. 1 would be if there were several people smoking meth why is there not a drug bust? how can you really put this all on one person im very sure there are several people involved in this case. i think this case needs to go to a higher court. there are so many holes in this case. im sorry but i do infact take the defensive side. why did the state pick and choose what they wanted to do DNA testing on.I have seen so many cases that the wrong person is convicted and the actuall one is still out running the streets. im not saying dye is totally innocent but i dont think he the killer i think he was accessorie to the crime.

Just tell us what evidence you were made privy to.
What was ruled allowable?
What was allowed by "discovery"?

What were the possible verdict(s) that the jury could choose to convict or acquit him of?

What (if any) pre-trial motions were made by the defense to disallow certain evidence, jurists, and change of venue?

What (if any) were the mitigating circumstances that led to the vedict that the jury did agree on?

How many witnesses did each side call to testify?

How long did the case take to try?

How long did the jury deliberate?

If you've been following this case "pretty close" you should be able to answer over half of these questions because I too would like to know the whys, what fors and how comes of this case.
