Billings favors tobacco rule repeal

When the Mississippi Department of Corrections announced last December that it would go tobacco free at all buildings, grounds and prisons operated by the agency; they did so knowing that the process would be daunting. Full Story

Smoking inmates cause health problems and make life difficult for other inmates. This drives of the cost of health care the taxpayer has to foot.
