Let's see how many ways the tobacco apologists come up with to say these people are deluded because the same effect doesn't show up in somebody else's analysis of other places.

But, as they say,
'“By and large, that data is generated in Starkville about Starkville natives.”
The analysis was a comparison of the three years following the
public smoking ban and the three years prior.'
