Some night would you explain to viewers what causes a severe drought in general, and specifically what is/is not happening in the Dandridge area of east TN to prevent normal amounts of precipitation. I'm really curious about what conditions/variables are/are not in play to create such an absence of rainfall for so long.
If you decide to explain this on air please let me know what night so I don't miss it. Thank you very much.
