Referring to him as insane is crasy. An insane person does have not the judgement to shot a gun, kill with a hammer or leave town.

This was a miscarriage of justice. He's guilty on both counts.

I remember the crime he commited very well as I lived in a town near Iuka. My Mom worked at Timber Hills where Kier (sp?) Was a patient. According to his counselor he had said before many times that he was going to kill his grandparents. He was so young (15) when he committed the crime I figured he would never be caught. Thankfully the grandmother was able to write his name in blood so the police would know who had hurt her and her husband. I'm glad that after all these yrs he is where he needs to be.
